Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted only after payment is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent. The Site may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or product unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The Site may update prices at any time. Payments are processed securely through third‑party payment providers. The Site does not store full payment card details.

Original artworks and custom-made items are generally non-refundable due to their unique nature. If an artwork arrives damaged, the customer must contact the Site promptly with photographs of the damage. A replacement or refund will be arranged depending on the situation.
Prints and non-custom products may be eligible for returns if they are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Full details are provided in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, text, graphics, and other content on the Site are the exclusive property of Selda Bergman unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
